Wet your skin with lukewarm water and moisten the soap bar. Lather it between your hands and gently spread the foam over your skin, paying particular attention to the nape of your neck and the area behind your ears, and avoiding contact with your eyes. Rinse thoroughly and pat dry; if your skin feels tight, apply your usual moisturizer. Between uses, leave the soap bar to dry on a draining soap dish.
For best results, use it every day for the first 30 days. If you have very dry or sensitive skin, use it less often.
